2 - Fill Out Excel Sheet
Complete the Excel Pupil List listing all the pupils in the school. Note: we are fully GDPR compliant.
3 - Receive the Drawing Templates
Once we have the Excel list, we will send you a unique drawing template for each child.
4 - Kids Get Creative
Each child draws their own Christmas scene on their own Drawing template. We will provide spares for any mishaps.

5 - You Send the Drawings to us
You send the drawings back to us so we can digitise the drawings and create each child’s card.
6 - Get a Order Form
You receive a order form for each child with a preview of each child’s designed card. This form is sent home for the parents/guardians.

- 150mmx150mm when folded
- 300gm Extra Smooth Board
- Supplied with complimenting envelopes
7 - Take Orders for Each Child
Once the parents receive the order form and visual, they will then complete it and send it back to you with the payment. This can also be done on portals such as Aladdin.
8 - Send us the Orders
Simply fill out the original Excel form indicating how many cards each pupil wants to order and email it back to us.
9 - Leave the Rest to Us
We then print, pack and post your school Christmas card to you for you to hand out to each pupil.
